Learning Center for Young Children

The Learning Center for Young Children (LCYC) is a play-based preschool in Kensington, Maryland for children ages 2-5 years. We have happily served the community for over 60 years. LCYC offers flexible schedule options for part time or full time preschool. We are a parent-participation preschool and hold a Maryland EXCELS Level 5 rating. Registration for each new school year opens in the preceding January and we are always available to provide tours to interested families.
