Learning Center for Young Children

The Learning Center for Young Children is a play-based preschool in Kensington, Maryland for children ages 2 to 5 years.

The Learning Center for Young Children (LCYC) has happily served the Kensington area community with a parent participation preschool for over 55 years. Warner Memorial Presbyterian Church opened the Warner Christian Day School in 1959 as an alternative to segregated schools and as an outreach ministry to young families in the community.
