Car Wash Coffee has opened in the former Savannah’s location in Kensington (10700 Connecticut Ave). It’s is co-ownered by Steve Harris, who currently owns the Kensington Mr. Wash car wash and Neal Bressler, who owns Neal’s Bagels in Gaithersburg.
